Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses CloudRise (cloudrise.video): the text prompts you submit, any material you provide, and the videos you generate — through our website, dashboard, or API. It supplements our Terms of Service and is enforced by automated moderation together with human review.
1. Prohibited content
You may NOT use CloudRise to create, request, upload, or distribute content that:
· is sexual, pornographic, nude, NSFW, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive in any form, including fetish, erotic, or "soft-core" material;
· sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors in any way (child sexual abuse material is reported to the authorities);
· swaps, replaces, manipulates, or synthesises a real person's face, voice, or likeness — including face-swap, deepfake, "nudify", or celebrity or politician impersonation — without that person's documented consent;
· depicts real, identifiable people in a false, defamatory, or misleading way;
· promotes or depicts extreme violence, gore, torture, self-harm, suicide, or terrorism;
· promotes hate, harassment, or discrimination against any person or group;
· promotes illegal activity, including drug manufacture, weapons, gambling, fraud, scams, or malware;
· infringes copyright, trademark, or other third-party rights;
· spreads disinformation or is designed to deceive viewers about real events or real people.
2. No bypassing moderation
You may not evade, disable, or work around our content-moderation systems — including through obfuscated prompts, variant characters, encoding tricks, adversarial prompting, or automating prohibited requests through the API. Accounts that attempt this are suspended immediately.
3. Prompt and output review
Every generation request is screened before it is rendered, and generated output may be reviewed. We may refuse a generation, block delivery, withhold or refund credits for blocked requests, delete content, and record the decision. We do not guarantee that all prohibited content is intercepted; you remain legally responsible for what you submit and publish.
4. Enforcement
Violations may result in warnings, blocked or cancelled generations, content removal, credit forfeiture, suspension or termination of your account, and reporting to the competent authorities. We aim to review every abuse report within 5 business days.
5. Reporting a violation
Report content that breaches this policy to [email protected] (subject: "Content Report") or via the "Report content" link in the site footer. Include the content link or prompt, the reason for the report, and your contact details.
6. Independence
CloudRise is an independent product and interface. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by the providers of the AI models it integrates; model names are referenced only to describe the underlying technology. See also our AI Disclosure.
7. Changes
We may update this policy; the current version is always published at https://cloudrise.video/aup. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated version. Questions: [email protected].
