Refund Policy

Self-service checkout is available for paid plans through our secure payment partner. Plans and credits activate immediately after a successful subscription. For Customized or enterprise plans, contact [email protected].

1. Digital content (generated videos)

Generated videos are digital content delivered immediately upon completion. Per EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16(m), digital content supplied immediately with the consumer's consent and acknowledgment of loss of withdrawal right is exempt from the 14-day withdrawal period. By clicking "Generate" you acknowledge this.

2. Failed generations

If a generation fails and no video is delivered, the credits/charge for that attempt are refunded automatically to your account.

3. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds for unused subscription time.

4. Unused credits / balance

Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no generations were made with them, minus payment processing fees. Credits already consumed are non-refundable.
