CloudRise Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 September 2026. This policy explains what data CloudRise collects and how it is processed.
1. Data we collect
· Email address (when you sign in)
· Generation requests: text prompts you submit (no image uploads are accepted)
· Usage data (number of videos generated, plan)
2. How data is processed
Video generation is performed by a third-party AI video foundation model (Seedance, accessed through its official API). Your prompts are transmitted to that provider solely to generate your requested video. By using the service you acknowledge that your content is processed by a third-party provider.
2a. Who processes your data on our behalf
· Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, video delivery, security challenge (Turnstile)
· Waffo Pancake — payment processing and merchant-of-record duties (billing data and the email attached to your purchase)
· Resend — transactional email (sign-in links and service notices)
· Google — sign-in, only if you choose "Continue with Google"
· ByteDance Seedance / Volcengine — video generation and enhancement APIs (your prompt text and requested parameters)
· DeepSeek — the in-site assistant chat window, if you use it
· An automated content-safety classifier (Llama Guard 3 8B) operated on our behalf screens prompts before generation.
We do not sell personal data, and we share it with these providers only as needed to deliver the service.
3. What we do NOT do
· We do not sell your personal data.
· We do not show ads.
· We do not use your content to train models.
4. Data retention
Generation history is stored to let you manage your videos. You can delete items at any time from your History page.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. CloudRise does not sell or share personal information. To exercise any CCPA right, email [email protected].
7. Content safety review
To comply with legal content-safety obligations and protect our community, CloudRise reviews content processed through the service. This includes text prompts you submit, as well as the generated videos and audio the service generates.
Review methods may include: sensitive-text detection, frame sampling of generated videos (a small number of frames per video), image analysis, and AI-based content classification.
For this purpose, necessary content may be processed by third-party content-safety providers (e.g., cloud providers and content-moderation services). These providers may process content solely for the purposes described in this policy and for no other purpose.
Content used for review is used exclusively for safety and compliance — never for profiling, advertising, or analytics.
8. Data retention & deletion
To cooperate with regulators and resolve disputes, we retain necessary review logs (prompt summaries, review results, disposition) for a limited period as required by law and delete them periodically.
Sampled frames and intermediate detection data are used only for the review at hand.
Your content (including generated videos) is not used to train models unless you separately authorize it.
9. Images, faces and biometric data
CloudRise generates videos from text prompts only. We do not accept uploads of photographs, portraits or other images of people, and we do not perform face-swap, likeness-injection or voice-cloning operations. We therefore do not collect, process or store biometric data (such as facial templates) from users.
If a generated video happens to contain human-like features, it is synthetic output of a text-to-video model; you must not use it to depict or impersonate a real, identifiable person. Content of that kind is prohibited by our Terms and may be removed on report to [email protected].
