CloudRise Terms of Service
By using CloudRise you agree to these terms.
Operator: CloudRise (cloudrise.video) is operated by 东莞市虎门云启科技服务工作室（个体工商户） — Dongguan Humen Yunqi Technology Service Studio, an individual business (sole proprietorship) registered in China (mainland), unified social credit code 92441900MAKL93T63H, registered address: 广东省东莞市虎门镇虎门体育路199号万科云广场2栋1单元1504房, registered with the Dongguan Municipal Administration for Market Regulation (东莞市市场监督管理局); operator: 王凯. CloudRise is the brand and trading name of this business, and the business above is the party you are contracting with. Contact: [email protected].
1. Service
CloudRise is an AI video generation tool powered by the Seedance video foundation model, accessed through its official API. All output is AI-generated.
2. Prohibited use
You may NOT:
· Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the CloudRise service or API to third parties
· Use the service to create illegal content: child sexual abuse material, hate speech, harassment, fraud, or non-consensual deepfakes of real people
· Scrape or bulk-harvest the platform
· Attempt to bypass quotas, billing, or technical protections
3. AI content labeling
All generated videos are labeled as AI-generated (visible in-app badge and file-name marker), in line with AI content identification regulations in China and the EU AI Act. You may not remove these labels.
4. Ownership
You own the videos you generate (subject to these terms and the underlying model provider's terms). CloudRise owns the platform software.
5. Billing
Paid plans and credits are consumed per generation rules shown at checkout. Unused credits follow the plan's expiry rules. No refunds for consumed generations.
6. Liability
Service provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CloudRise is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. You are responsible for how you use generated content.
7. Termination
We may suspend accounts violating these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
8. Children
The service is not intended for users under 13 (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Copyright & DMCA
You must own or have rights to any content you submit. Copyright holders may submit takedown notices to [email protected]; we respond promptly.
10. Content moderation
You may not use the service to create or distribute content that:
· violates the laws of the People's Republic of China or the laws of your jurisdiction, including content that endangers national security or promotes terrorism or extremism;
· is obscene, pornographic, or sexual in nature, including child sexual abuse material;
· constitutes discrimination or hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, region, gender, or disability, or involves workplace bullying, harassment, or other content that degrades another person's dignity;
· depicts extreme violence, gore, self-harm, suicide, drugs, gambling, or fraud;
· infringes any third party's intellectual property, likeness, reputation, or privacy rights;
· is otherwise unlawful.
You agree that CloudRise may review all input and generated content for compliance. Where content is found, or reasonably suspected, to violate these terms or the law, CloudRise may, at its discretion: refuse generation, block delivery, delete the content, apply technical treatment, suspend or terminate your account, and report to competent authorities.
You may not circumvent, bypass, or interfere with CloudRise's content-moderation systems, including via variant characters, obfuscation, steganography, or adversarial prompts.
11. Compliance cooperation
CloudRise performs content-safety review as required by law but does not guarantee complete interception of all unlawful content; this does not relieve you of your own legal responsibilities.
We may update these moderation rules from time to time in response to legal, regulatory, or industry changes; updated rules will be posted on this page or otherwise notified.
12. Reporting prohibited content
If you see content that violates these rules — including sexual/NSFW material, violence or gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content, deepfakes or impersonation, or infringement of copyright or trademarks — you can report it to [email protected] (subject: "Content Report") or use the Report content link in the site footer. Please include the content link or your prompt, the reason for the report, and your contact email.
Reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Where a violation is confirmed, we take action proportionate to the severity: removing or blocking the content, withholding the affected credits, suspending or terminating the responsible account, and, where required, reporting to the relevant authorities. We aim to respond to every report within 5 business days.
